Description:
In this project i tested different structural system in a small scale using K'NEX models . I conducted three tests in this project on the two K'NEX models . The two models represented flexible and stiff structures. Structural damage was also tested by removing some of the braces from the stiff structure. Not all the tests worked for the different structural systems. The purpose of this project was to determine the dynamic properties of these models by finding natural frequency of the model being tested. The data was collected from a software called dataphysics and a matlab file was then used to plot all the graphs in this research project.
