NHERI Research on Tap at 18th World Conference for Earthquake Engineering

NHERI researchers to speak, convene sessions at the WCEE 2024 in Milan, Italy

 

June 27, 2024 — NHERI community members will represent U.S. earthquake engineering research at the 18th World Conference on Earthquake Engineering, June 30 through July 5, 2024, in Milan, Italy. A notable international meeting that takes place every four years, the WCEE2024 will host nearly 4,000 researchers, practitioners, and policymakers.

Attendees from around the world will hear plenary talks from NHERI researchers, learn about the impact of U.S. National Science Foundation-funded NHERI components, research groups, and community members — and discover work from NHERI’s international collaborators at NIED/E-Defense in Japan and EUCENTRE in Pavia, Italy.
